QuestionDoes it come with the cord to plug it in? Because in the description it says it only comes with the speaker. And what is the name of the cord if it comes with one? I'm looking for the replacement cord but I don't know what it's called.

- Answer Yes it does but not with the charger. You will have to Plug it into a computer to charge it or use any phone charger that plugs into an AC outlet will suffice

QuestionHow does speaker sound to other party to phone conversation? Does it give off background noise or block out noises from driving car for quiet & clear phone conversation? Has anyone had the other party to phone conversation complain about background noise?

- Answer Hi and thank you for your question! The microphone sound level of this speaker is going to depend how far it is from the person speaker. Low to moderate levels of background noise shouldn't interfere with the quality of sound and other person should hear you clearly.

QuestionMy speaker is so quiet with the volume at max that my phone on low is louder. I have an android and for some reason it shows up as head phones. But no matter what it is connected to it's the same. Please help
