I faced the same issue recently. I suggest you go to the customer service desk at your nearest Best buy and explain the issue before setting up your installation appointment. Also take a screenshot where it shows free installation. Also don't be surprised if they sneak in some charges inspite of calling it a free installation. I suggest you also meet the installation team directly before the appointment to confirm if you have received all the parts required for the installation. Otherwise they will make you run from pillar to.post on the day of your appointment
