• A:Answer Yes, it does fit the new mac book air. I just bought one and I recommend it. It saves your MacBook from damage or scratches. Be sure to get the right fit though as they have various sizes. I have the new gray model when it came out and it fits perfect. It snaps right in place. I hope this helps.
