• The Insignia service desk (1-877-467-4289 gave me the number for The Parts Store (1-855-975-6831) and the part number 12932000000020 for the baskets that fit the 10.2 cu. ft. chest freezer. I ordered two of them and hope they are the right ones. FAPoe

• I had an additional basket from the 7.0 model and it does not fit. But what i did was turned it sideways and hooked it on one end to the basket that came with the freezer and on the other end to the freezer wall (Like an L or a T) and it works great. It will take several packages of hamburger in weight, or even the light stuff. I have room for more baskets on the other side.

• Yes you can. You just need to go to Insignia directly and order from their part store
