- Answer One aux cable included connects both players, so the same movie will be playing on both screens. Hope this clears it up. My daughters love the players, just wish it had quick release buckles to remove for security reasons.

QuestionHow are the DVD's inserted? Does the player open up or do you insert the disk through a slit?

- Answer DVD player open up using button on top right. Then insert the DVD disk in center and push down gently so it locks in position. Shut door easy and, done. One more thing, if you are using the included mounting sleeves, the doors might not open far enough. So either remove the player out of the sleeve or simply use the other hand to help open it far enough but, of course, with caution.

- Answer We haven't used them much without headphones so I'm sorry I can't help more, but what I heard while setting them up was pretty good. Don't expect surround sound quality though. Our two year old daughter loves her headphones and these players were absolutely phenomenal on a recent long road trip. There are plenty of kid size and volume limited headphones out there so it may be worth a try to pick up a pair (or two) to try out. Good luck.

QuestionWhen using the AV chord to watch one dvd simultaneously there is a constant crackling sound in the background. I’ve switched monitors making each one the source and both times the crackling sound comes from the mirroring unit. Both work fine individually.

- Answer I had this issue & messing with the cords & making sure they are inserted all the way in or switching each end between the two made the crackle sound go away.

QuestionHow do you connect and play two different movies at the same time while driving? What type of inverter is needed?

- Answer The power cable that ships with the product has connections for both screens and plugs into the car's round DC outlet. The players will naturally want to play different movies, so just give them both separate DVD's and have your passengers use headphones to avoid conflicting audio. Screen mirroring is a little more involved. For screen mirroring, the player comes with a cable that you can plug in between the AV IN of one screen and the AV OUT of the other. The AV OUT player will have the disks, and that screen should always start on the DVD input. For the AV IN screen, swap inputs until you get to AV on that screen (I think it's 2 quick presses of the big middle button).
