I have found that the Anchor brand glass cookware, 6 cup and 3.75 cup, works well for those dishes (e.g. scalloped potatoes, mac and cheese) that require a solid container to cook. Pyrex will also work, though it is more expensive. Just be sure that the external dimensions of the cookware are smaller (L x W) than the internal dimensions (9.25" x 7.75") of this unit so that they will fit and the air fryer oven's door will close properly. I have not tried a plate or other type of container, but if you do, be sure that your choice is listed as oven-safe!
