If you want to charge the iPhone 16, then no because the charger is an older type of charger that Apple stopped using on the iPhone 15 and above. What you would probably look for is a USB-C charger on both ends. If you want to transfer data to/from the iPhone 16 to/from an older iPhone, then yes it would work.
