QuestionJust received Tablet and notice the sound is very low even at 100%. I can here sound from both speakers but still to low for a laptop. If anyone else notice this problem before I return it. Thanks

QuestionDoes the tablet itself have USB ports on the side? Or are the USB ports only on the keyboard? I would like to be able to plug a USB device into the tablet when it's not connected to the keyboard.

QuestionWhat is the maximum resolution this tablet can display from the HDMI port to an external monitor? Can it display 4k resolution? I was hoping to hook this up to my 4K TV.

- Answer I assume it'd be down scaled on your tv from 4k to 1080p since that's the resolution of the tablet but it should definitely be able to hook up with it.

QuestionI love this two in one. There is only one issue, one of the magnets broke on the keyboard so it's a little flimsy at the moment, but I am having a hard time tracking down a replacement keyboard that would be compatible with the tablet

QuestionToday is 09/17/2017. Was prompted to do a Windows 10 update. Now NS-P11W7100 will not power back on. I held down the volume up/down and power simultaneously and I see an insignia splash screen. It's been like that for 2 hours now. Frustrating

QuestionLooking to watch Netflix & Amazon shows I download. I've seen many reviews saying this is fully functioning computer. I need a device that allows you to download the shows available on both Netflix & Amazon as laptops and computers don't. Does this allow?

- Answer This tablet includes a full version of Windows 10 which allows you to install the Netflix/Amazon applications. Be warned that the 32GB on-board storage will not hold a lot of files. I would recommend purchasing an extra SD card to store your video files.

QuestionThis won't recognize my external hard drive. When I plug it in to either usb port the mousepad stops working and there's no proof of the drive's existence. Any suggestions?

- Answer I saw on a youtube review of this that the product doesn't give off enough power to run external drives unless it has a separate power source.You may need to invest in a Y cable then plug the usb power into a wall or usb power brick to get it working.
