Questionwhat is the difference between the 11.6 32GB insignia model 7100 w/windows 10 for $169 and the same size tablet model #8100 for $129 it has the nougat operating system. my husband is "surprising" me with the 8100 model and I'm very conflicted.

- Answer The Windows version operates off of the Windows Operating system. Currently Windows 10. The option with Nougat is operating on the Android operating system. The most current version is Oreo, but Nougat is only one version behind and updates to the most recent version on your device. Ultimately, your choice would need to be based on which software ecosystem you are familiar with.

QuestionHow can I tell if mine is a faulty product? (Insignia, 11.6", 32GB, NS-P11A8100) I was not expecting it to be super fast for this price, but the response time on my tablet is so slow, sometimes it hardly responds to typing, and apps regularly crash.

- Answer You get what you pay for. Apps stop responding constantly. Screen freezes. Unbelievably slow. Mine does exactly what yours does. Piece of cr*p.

- Answer Audio quality is good for the price. For me I'd like it to be a little louder, but the average person would enjoy it. The speakers are on the left and right sides of the tablet.

QuestionMy tablet crashes constantly, I’ve gotten a message I need more space, memory I think. Not positive, yet look at how much space I have? I use this for one game, I’ve only downloaded one other app. Weird stuff is non responsive , like my Japanese keyboard?
