• I am having the same problem in fridge mode, I have contacted insignia, but it’s been 7 days since contact and it seems like this is not a repairable model and has to be replaced. I’m assuming some fan is not running to circulate the cold air

• I don't have that problem...I keep the temperature at -3degrees and everything in the freezer is frozen as it should be
