• No, Dell only allows non 3rd party chargers to work with their machines. You'd only be able to charge about 85 watts compared to the regular 130 you'd get out of the OEM charger.

• No. Dell uses a proprietary charging system to get their full wattage from a USB-C port because their solution predates USB-C 3.1. In order to get more than 100W from a USB-C port you’d need Dell’s proprietary USB-C chargers.
