I’d recommend setting a single RCA to RCA cable. That way there’s no need to worry about crossing anything up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First off, don't buy this cable. I made the same mistake, brought it home and it didn't function properly. So from what i can understand your subwoofer is not self powered, am i correct? And if so, this will not work. The RCA or "Subwoofer Out" on your new receiver does not send power to the woofer, only an audio signal. This new receiver will require what is called a self powered subwoofer. Most home audio equipment today provides power to your speakers only and not the subwoofer. The only audio set up that i know of that doesn't require a self powered woofer would be a car subwoofer. A car subwoofer is powered by a car stereo amplifier. If this information didn't help you, I would speak to your local best buy representative for more details.
