“How fast would this charge my Samsung Galaxy S4? And are you able to use the phone while it's charging and it still charge? Or will it die while I'm on it........”

It will charge while you use your phone. It charges at approx. 1% per minute. The attached cable will NOT charge your Galaxy--the output isn't high enough. However, if you attach your own cable to the USB port on the charger it will charge...but then you have TWO cables floating around.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this charger 4 days ago for my Samsung Galaxy S 3. I have been very impressed with how fast it charges my phone. I have used my phone to call people and search the web while it's charging and it continues to charge. My phone hasn't died like it did with the other chargers. I bought 5 different car chargers for my phone before buying this one at Best Buy. Two chargers never worked, with one the USB cord worked (when i used it with my home charger) but the charger. didn't, and the other two never fully charged my phone regardless of how long I left it charging. I'm very pleased, so far.
