I stopped by your store and was told by the salesperson that I had to. contact Insignia in order to replace some plastic shelves on the refrigerator I purchased from you in May of 2017. Model NS RTM18SS7. Please help. The Insignia website is very confusing.

This site looks to have almost all parts for this fridge. It was hard to tell exactly what shelf I needed so I ordered two sizes.

Which is almost impossible to find the one that you’re looking for. There’s either one very unclear photo to look at or no photos at all
