Should be part of 'out of the box' setup far as I know. Here is a link to manual. http://www.insigniaproducts.com/cms/documents/manuals/televisions/NS-19E310NA15_FY16/Default.htm#../Content/NS-19E310NA15/Automatically-scanning-for-channels.htm copy and paste this whole line. Briefly: Press MENU. Press ◄ or ► to highlight CHANNELS, then press ▼ or ENTER. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Auto Channel Search, then press ENTER or ►. Press ► to highlight Next, then press ENTER. When a message tells you setup is complete, press EXIT to close the menu. Press INPUT to open the INPUT SOURCE list, then press ▲ or ▼ to select the video input source you connected your TV to and press ENTER. Your TV switches to the input source you selected. If you select Cable from the wall your TV scans for available channels. The scan may take several minutes. Left out the pictures.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On the remote, press MENU button > use the direction dial pad to move to CHANNELS > select Antenna as input source > click Auto Auto Channel Search...When done, click EXIT at the bottom. Remember, every time after you make adjustment of antenna for better reception, do the auto channel scan again, to make the reception improvement "stick".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.change your input to TV it will say no channels found do you want to perform a channel scan
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You only need to run the channel scan if you are connecting a device to the TV that connects with coaxial cable (round, screw on). To run the scan, press menu, arrow over to the channels menu and select auto channel search (should be the top option). If you are connecting an antenna or cable box with coaxial, select antenna as the source. If you are connecting cable without a box with coaxial, select cable as the source. If your device does not connect with coaxial at all, simply turn the device on and change inputs to the input that your device is connected to.
