• underneath the screen, center , back there is a power button

• When the TV is pugged in and gets power there is a red light dot on the bottom. The switch is right under it. It has several functions. If everything else fails, read the instructions.( POWER / INPUT BUTTON )

• Regarding 19 inch Insignia tv (model NS-19D310NA21 HD (720p) 60Hz LED TV), -- I must admit that I did not check for a power button on the tv itself since I usually use a remote. To answer your question, I did check to see if I could find a power button on the tv and sorry to say, DID NOT.
