“Where can I find a replacement remote for this? I have tried twice with Best Buy parts as well as researching online and have had no luck”

• Well the only thing I can say is that I have previously bought a sound bar with remote on clearance ( by same brand) and it also works on my upgraded soundbar. You can prob find one on clearance for about $20 or $30 .

• The only way I know is to buy a another one of these soundbars at "open box" price of $59.99 and use that remote for both.
