QuestionI just unpacked the fridge. There is a foam zip-tied around one of the wires right to the compressor. Does it need to be removed before plugging in the fridge?

QuestionThis fridge doesn't seem to get cold, I put in 2 fridge temp guages and on the top stays above 40 and the bottom around 38, Im at the max cold setting, door is closed, not too much inside fridge, plenty of air around fridge, why isn't it colder?
