Watch as you plug in a drive, they both probably have the same name, rename the one you just plugged in, that should stop the confusion. It could also be seeing the separate partition as the same name.

If you are seeing the same drive listed twice in Windows 11, it might be due to a duplicate entry in the Device Manager or disk management settings. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps: 1. Go to Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager." 2. Look for the duplicate drive entries under Disk Drives or Storage Controllers. 3. Right-click on the duplicate entry and select "Uninstall device." 4. Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved. If the duplicate entries still appear, you can try accessing Disk Management to check for duplicate drive entries: 1. Right-click on the Start button and select "Disk Management." 2. Look for the duplicate drive entries and right-click on them to remove or delete them. 3. Restart your computer and check if the duplicate entries are no longer visible. If you are unsure or uncomfortable with making changes to your system settings, it may be best to consult with a technician and you may contact us at 1-877-467-4289.
