- Answer Wherever it was made the design was not properly tested. The magnetic strips do not hold the doors closed. When you open and close the refrigerator door, no matter how gently, the freezer door pops open. I couldn't figure out what was going on right away. Items in the freezer would be frosted, the ice cream would be soft one day and not the next. Now I am noticing that the crisper drawer rails are bending with the drawer only half full. The drawer does not stay on the rails now. I have only owned this refrigerator for approximately 3 months.

QuestionWhen pulling open the refrigerator door sometimes it pulls the whole refrigerator forward or makes the refrigerator crooked. Is there a way to stop it from pulling forward or moving so easily?

- Answer The only time that happens with mine is if I shut either the frig or freezer door then immediately try to open it up. If I wait just 3 to 4 seconds it doesn't happen.

QuestionHow do I get the styrofoam packing our from behind shelves? I have tried to lift out the shelves but the styrofoam won’t budge enough for the back of the shelf to come out.

- Answer I was finally able to lift the styrofoam enough to lift one side at a time of the shelves to get them out. The delivery people left ours in the box, they did not unpack a thing.

- Answer No it did not, it is completely exposed, no fan either... other fridges all tend to have them. Are the sides of the freezer really hot after the motor has been running for a while?

- Answer Almost as easy as one with handles. Requires a different ( kind of) grip and a little more finger strength since a handle allows you to use your whole hand as part of your grip.
