• what you looking for is Samsung GX-SM530CF Cable Box and Streaming Media Player with Built-In Wi-Fi. To my knowledge, there are no TVs produced with cable card slot anymore. Samsung tuner accepts cable card

• It's a regular TV. If you mean set top box to tune cable channel, ask your cable provider. Otherwise you can tune channels and scroll using remote
