• Yes, go to home screen, click on find (magnifier) click on app store and in the search field type in Spectrum TV

• The Spectrum app is not available on the Insignia™ - 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. As an alternative, you can use a streaming device like Roku Stick which do support the Spectrum app. Patricia | Insignia Support
