What does “open box” mean? null

Open Box Excellent does not mean all items are included. Their incompetent staff does not check to make sure all items are included.

Open Box means 1. A TV that has been on display in the store and is now put on sale, 2. A TV that was purchased by a buyer who opened the box at home, took the TV out, decided they did not want the TV and returned it back to the store. In either case some paperwork, or parts could be missing from the box. Make sure the remote, feet, and power cord are included if you buy an open box unit.

Open box means don’t buy it! Just bought a Samsung S95D and it was $700 off. Open box excellent condition and no parts missing in working condition. I bought it and no power cord. Went to return the tv to store and they won’t accept the return because no power cord. Geek squad definitely did not turn this tv on. Now I am suppose to buy my own cord. Not fair at all. Then I thought omg I have another Samsung tv. Moved that cord and to no avail it won’t turn on. Stay away from open box
