• A:Answer YES!!! It holds standard 750 ml wine bottles as in the picture, half gallon milk bottles and presumably 2 liter sodas, but I didn't test the soda.

• A:Answer It does not lock. The handles are not real hinges. Just hard shell plastic. Magnetic as far as I can tell. It’s a tight seal though. Strong enough to sway a small toddler from opening it.
