A:AnswerNot sure of type of compressor, but attached sticker says: AMP 3 and 1, which I assume to mean 3 amp draw on compressor start up, and 1 amp draw to run afterword's. I used a regular 15 amp breaker/plug and see no fluctuation in power during start up.
A:AnswerQuestionable The directions say not to put it on carpet and allow 4” away from walls for proper circulation. I would think you would have to leave the closet door open for proper air circulation
A:AnswerThe one I bought was in stock, and it was available within an hour. When I went to the store to pick it up, it was in the warehouse and took about 5 minutes to be brought out.
A:AnswerThis is totally a bad purchase. I bought the same one 11/25/2022 and now I need to get someone to go pick it up. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay to get it picked up and delivered by other people. I tried to get help with this at BestBuy, but they will not help. I suggest you call and talk to customer service. They should be able to help you if your purchase date has not expired. I am sorry
A:AnswerNo. But possibly check and see if the freezer was plugged in and on a circuit that has a GFI and reset . If you’re not sure, plug it in a totally different area and check to see if that plug is working
A:AnswerIf you put this in your garage make sure it is NOT plugged into a GFCI protected circuit. Code makes most of the wall outlets GFCI, but the garage door opener outlet on the ceiling is often not GFCI. You will spend a lot more money keeping the freezer cold if it is out in the garage than in the house. I doubt this is outdoor rated, but check with the manufacturer.
