Hi there, See below on how to defrost the freezer: 1. Unplug your freezer. 2. Remove all food from your freezer, then place the food into containers that will prevent it from melting. 3. Place a shallow pan under the drain outlet, then remove the drain plug from the freezer. 4. To speed the defrosting, you can: • Place a fan blowing on its highest speed right over the freezer. The ice will melt faster. After the ice melts, use towels to wipe up excess water, then use the fan to speed drying. • Place containers with hot water inside the freezer. 5. When your freezer is defrosted, wipe the inside with a dry towel, then clean the interior of the freezer. 6. Reinstall the drain plug. 7. Plug your freezer into the power outlet, then put the food back into your freezer.
