“Hi. I can’t find an HDMI splitter locally but am able to locate this. Instead of switching between sources, will this play all three inputs together on multiple screens? I’m trying to play a video from a single source to all 3 TV screens.”

No, thats not the purpose of this particular device unfortunately. You would want the dongle version to achieve that kind of outcome(it will look like a Y). This just cycles the three inputs. There is only one output to have from a display source.
