If you have a media player that says HDCP issue, check the players settings and look for 720p. If the payer is ok, check the source file or media to see if there are specific details such as “4k” or “Dolby-Vision” or “HDR”, sometimes these can’t be changed or you have a separate disc or file that can be such as HD format (i.e. Vudu is a streaming service you may play SD, XD or UHD versions, but you can downgrade the resolution based on the streaming bandwidth your Wi-Fi has or the tv resolution you have).
