QuestionI currently have no access to Wi-fi. I have a westinghouse smart TV that I connect to my personal hotspot on my phone instead of regular WiFi. Will I be able to do the same thing with this TV?

- Answer WiFi IS WiFi. You are just asking about service. Cellphone streaming can be very expensive. Check your sevice limits.

QuestionThe OTA (over the air) programming seems to freeze up for a second or two every few minutes. The tv I replaced did not have that issue, nor does the other tv running off the same antenna. I have checked the co-ax cable already. Is there a fix available?

- Answer That's because this TV is designed to be used as a fire stick type. It's main design has fire stick software installed. I would suggest going into settings and changing it to the last known input so that it continually stays on whatever input you had. But once you change it back to watch it as a fire stick or as a input for Blu-ray player when you turn on the TV that is the last thing you will see. If not you will continually have to change it to RF input for the antenna and will not stay on that unless it's all you ever use it for. Too many other better TVs out there to choose from.

- Answer Since there are no video out only video in. I do not believe you could use this as a standalone DVD player. Which kind of makes this TV useless as you can pick up a DVD player at Big lots for $49 or less.

- Answer This TV has a standard 3.5 mm jack for headphones or aux out to a sound bar or similar. The RCA jacks are for input only. It should also have an optical output (Toshiba) that should be compatible with many sound bars and home theaters.

QuestionI want to get 2 of these TV's for bunk beds...one on top and one on the bottom. I would expect the remotes to interfere with each other. Is there a way to program the remotes so they don't interfere and each remote only operates it's respective TV?

- Answer It depends IF you have wifi service with your internet provider then no ethernet needed just connect to network. IF no wifi with provider OR you dont have your own router providing wifi then ethernet would be required for tv. If you look at bottom right corner of windows computer or top right corner of mac and see a tiny computer screen with a TINY plug that is ethernet connection to internet. If you look at the same area and see a radio wave symbol then it is a wifi connection. IF you need to add wifi service you can either purchase your own router OR call internet provider and ask them to add the service to your package. USUALLY only 5.99-7.99 extra a month.

- Answer This TV does not have a built-in DVD player. You can hook up an external Blu-ray/DVD player into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV using an HDMI cable.
