• USB cannot support video streaming. This is not a smart TV and does not have it's own memory. In short, no. I would suggest using a laptop to bridge the gap. Plug the USB into the computer which can read the file, and connect the laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable. Hope this is helpful.

• Yes it does. I have the flash drive inserted in 2 of my 3 tvs, I purchased from Amazon.
