Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem and found that after unplugging the tv and the fire stick hdmi for a minute, then it all came back. I kept unplugging just the tv and that wasn’t working.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My tv has been used less than 20 times and is doing this. Nothing seems to help. Sucks to buy another new one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this problem and have set the tv back to the factory default settings to correct it. I've had to do this several times, but it always solves the problem for me Go to "settings" , then hit "device and software", then choose "reset to factory defaults" This will restart your TV and unfortunately you will have to reinstall all of your apps and do the whole start up process with searching for channels if you have cable or satellite hooked up to the TV. It's a hassle, but it really only takes about 10 minutes and at least you'll get to watch your TV again. Don't be surprised if you have to do it again sometime. I've had to do it several times and I've had the TV for less than 6 months.
