Who make the insignia washer? null

This topload washer is neither an LG or Samsung unit, it is made by Frigidaire. It is basically the Frigidaire model FFTW4120SW rebadged.

LG makes for Best Buy, insignia is Best Buy’s Brand! Love all my insignia appliances and electronics!!

Like another person commented, the Insignia brand of washer and dryers at Best Buy are made by Frigidaire in China. I found this out by Googling "Insignia washers and dryers". If you Google the Frigidaire FFTW4120SW washer and go to the pictures of the front panel it's IDENTICAL to the Insignia's washer with the exception of the Frigidaire's black panel. If you Google the matching dryer the Frigidaire FFRE4120SW and go to the pictures of the inside back of the drum you will see that it is IDENTICAL to the Insignia dryer.

The insignia dryer is made by midea in china. A different big box store sells the same dryer under a different store brand name.

It is identical to midea which is made in china

Frigidaire doesn’t make Frigidaire it’s made by Electrolux

I heard Midea. I do not recommend. There should be a class action lawsuit against them for false advertising this washing machine as "hot-fill". Best Buy/Insignia insists after I have returned two washers that it is my water supply. HOT in this washer means "warm, too cold to take a bath".

I was told it is the generic version of LG.
