A:Answer Return it! Mine leaked from the bottom within days of delivery. Was replaced. I've used it 2-3x per week, small to medium loads. It's leaking again after 8 months. Now waiting on repair person to assess it. (I bet they will have to come back/order parts... likely taking weeks for my area.) Reading all these questions should help you to make that decision. It's very loud if you have it in the living space of your home as opposed to say a basement or a garage. Looks as if the leaking from the bottom is a constant issue; many here have questioned it. It's very rough on my clothes: long sleeved t-shirts get wound up in my under garments and stretch them so much I have to re-wash them, after unknotting them. I also now have to use lingerie bags for the first time in all my 40 years of doing laundry (since age 13). Never experienced a machine like this. If you can get out of it, do it! Good luck.
