QuestionI bought washer from best buy its insignia model no.NS-TWM48WH8B it wash the cloth and after the cycle finish it shows E4 and my cloths are still dripping water So what is the problem here ,,, i bought it 2 months before Thanks

- Answer E4 E1 Water supply error. The appliance is not detecting that the unit is filling with water. Mine did the same thing, only because my hot water line was turned off due to a leak and awaiting repair, once the hot water valve was replaced and both cold and hot water were working, no further issues. Make sure that both valves ( hot and cold ) are full open.

- Answer Yes, when the lid is open you can access the dispensers (liquid detergent, bleach, fabric softener...) located in each corner at the top rim of the machine. Pods (detergent) go directly in the machine before adding clothes.

- Answer There's a "soak" button on the washer. Push that button before starting machine. Load clothes , add your bleach, close lid, push start....and you are good to go ;)

QuestionCan you start the filling the washer with water before adding clothes? on my old one it would lock after you pushed start so you had to add detergent to the bottom which stained the clothes....

- Answer YES: You can wait while it distributes the dry dirty clothes to balance the load and than starts filling the wash with water. There is a pause button and simply press that and your lid dis-engages or "unlocks" the child lock for you to add more clothes or add detergent. The manual shows you another way to lock or unlock the child lock and its simple. Good luck!

QuestionMy washer doesn't swish back and forth during wash cycle. It will move a few times very lightly a few seconds on and off then after some time it will then drain rinse and spin. Is this normal? Im used to washers actually agitating the clothes with force.

QuestionWhen using detergent strips, do you add them to the drum dry? In my old washer I let the water run a little before adding them then let them dissolve before adding clothes, but I can't do that with this machine.

- Answer Check to make sure that the water hose coming from the faucet to the washing machine isn't laying against the back of the washer. Mine was and it made a loud noise when the water would turn off and on. I cut a small piece of swim noodle and put it on the water hose....stopped the noise! Yay!

- Answer I thought I was the only one with this problem .. seemed minor .. would bunch the clothes & error code appears So Then I would re arrange the clothes in machine . then it would work.. but the machine itself bunches them up .. & kicks it off balance .. only 9 months old my pump went out .. its been a month & still with no washer .. or results in the right direction .. More Than one Lemon it appears .. Replacement needed ..
