QuestionI just had my Insignia Washer delivered on January 5, 2024. Water will only fill on the Quick Wash Cycle The other cycles will agitate as if washing with no water added. I am not receiving any error code messages. What is wrong?

- Answer The product seems terrible, and best buy support is atrocious. The delivered me a defective one as well. They took it back when it dumped all the water on my floor. When they eventually went to replace it, their records erroneously show I still have it. I wish I took pictures of the spill and the removal January 3. I have wasted hours trying to get the replacement. Good luck.
