• A:Answer Same problem with me. It stopped charging from the bottom 2 wireless pads - so I can’t charge my AirPods and an additional phone. Only the MagSafe charger and Apple Watch charger are working. This happened after about 2 months of use. Really disappointing for a Best Buy product. It seems to be a poor quality product rebranded by Best Buy and sold.

Q: QuestionIs there a way to turn off the built-in fan? It is a nice feature in the summer, but the airflow makes the desk cold in the winter and seems to be getting louder.

• A:Answer The button tends to be defective. The button on the first one I had worked for a week, letting me turn the fan on and off. Then one day the the fan came on at full, and tapping the button had no effect. I returned it to the store and got a replacement, and the second one the fan was stuck in the on mode right out of the box and tapping the button had no effect. Will be returning for a third one.

• A:Answer This works for any qui chargeable phone. You do not need a magsafe for the phone unless you intend to use the magsafe charge arm. Otherwise you can use the charger on the base. I tried both with my Pixel 7 and both worked. If your Buds case is a qui enabled case it will work on the case charger. I tried with airpods and my custom earbuds and both worked.
