According to the yellow sticker that was stuck r to the outer frame of my TV. With 5 hours use daily it shouldn't cost (on average) anymore than $28 a year. If the cost per kilowatt doesn't fluctuate too much. Watt usage and voltage are on a label on the back of TV.

The yellow 'Energy Guide' label sticker on the front says it consumes 226 KWH and costs an average of $37 USD per year. I think the increased power consumption on this latest revision allows the screen to get brighter. You can easily reduce the power consumption AND get better overall picture quality by simply dialing down on the backlight and brightness, and also by turning OFF any of the picture enhancement/processing features that you don't really need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am looking for more specific use in watts, not KWH over a year. I typically use https://www.displayspecifications.com site to find average consumption in watts. Most of their Insignias are a bit older so I am asking the Insignia team to give more specific average consumption in watts. I have 7 TV's in my house and am fanatical about saving power, as s single-income provider. Please help!
