I can't give an answer based on actual experience yet, because my purchase is quite recent. That said, best on research and feedback from friends that have kegerators similar to this, a 5-lb tank usually lasts about 6 or 7 half barrels. So from there it depends how much you end up drinking. I also plan to use 1/6 barrels, as I'm able to get a better variety that way, so I think it should last about a year. It should also be noted that you should make sure all connections are tight, so that there are no leaks, as this would have an effect as well. One last thing to mention... the tank comes empty, and all my local stores just do a trade in for a full tank (similar to propane for a grill). It cost about $30 to swap my tank for a full one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They say it dispenses around 8 to 10, 5 gal kegs, however this depends on volume dispensed and if there's a leak.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have ran 3, 1/2 barrels with it and is still going.
