A few things to try: 1) I used a wrench to tighten the threads a little further than I was able to hand tighten. This made for a better seal on the connection between the CO2 tank and the regulator. 2) On the regulator there is a switch (shut-off valve) that allows the CO2 to flow, I believe it is red in color. Read the instructions (page 18) and make sure this is in the correct position to allow CO2 to flow. Pointing down should be open and flowing. 3) Make sure the gas connection fittings have been tightened around the tubing. Best of luck! Cheers!
