QuestionCan this model be used for Cider Kegs such as a Downeast? I have heard mixed reviews of people stating that ciders due to the higher acid levels could damage the internals? Thanks in advance.

Questionthere is an extra gasket attached with a zip tie to the Co2, are you supposed to use that washer as well even though it appears that the regulator has a washer already affixed or is it an extra?

QuestionIt's been rattling non-stop since I plugged it in. I looked in the guide and they say it's normal, but it's still really irritating. Is it really normal and does it go away after the first 48 hours or hopefully sooner?

QuestionWe purchased this item and are having trouble with the PSI. We haven't turned the regulator screw on at all and our PSI is consistently sitting at 10. The co2 tube is as straight as possible, did the soapy water to check for leaks...any other ideas?

- Answer This holds 1/4 barrell kegs but the manual says not Coors kegs. We drink Budweiser brand beers so it works for us. I hope this helps.

QuestionMine is brand new and have had it on 6 for the full 48 hours and it has yet to get below 63 degrees. Beer comes out all foam and still foam after 5 straight glasses. Adjust the co2 still foam. Any ideas why it won’t cool like it’s suppose to?

- Answer Because it's a bad product. As long as your liquid temperature is above 38-40 degrees, you will have foaming issues, regardless of the pressure.

QuestionOur wing nut will not properly attach to the top of the keg. We keep getting foam. Should it have an o-ring inside of it? It seems that when it is attached, there is just no good fit. Is there something I'm missing? It's lined up, but doesn't seal.

- Answer There's a clear o-ring that goes in between. I had the same problem until I figured it out.

- Answer 35.5 inches on wheels with out the tower. 48 inches with the tower, but without the handle. My handle is a little longer than the one provided, 54 inches with the handle

- Answer Yes, you can store two pony kegs but you will be able to use only one at the time. I would recommend you to go for the 2 tap model, it will suit your needs and you will be able to use both kegs at the time. Adolfo M. - Insignia Products
