- Answer No, the recall involves the Insignia Digital Air Fryers, Insignia Analog Air Fryers and Insignia Air Fryer Ovens with the followng model numbers: NS-AF32DBK9, NS-AF32MBK9, NS-AF50MBK9, NS-AF53DSS0, NS-AF53MSS0, NS-AF55DBK9, NS-AFO6DBK1 and NS-AFO6DSS1. This one is is model NS-AF5MSS2 (which is not on the recall list).

QuestionHow do you determine what temperature you are setting between the temperatures marked on the dial?

- Answer Each line up to 180 degrees is in increments of 22.5 degrees each. There are 8 lines leading up to 180 degrees. (180 divided by 8 equals 22.5). The half way marks between 180 to 280 degrees are in 25 degree increments. After 280 degrees they are 20 degree increments up to 400 degrees max temperature. Hope this helps.

QuestionAm I right in assuming that this model DOES NOT have those "bumpers" (i don't know what the proper name is) that all air fryers of this type seem to have? I find them very annoying: you either lose or damage them or are constantly worrying about this.
