No, a phone jack is a different port and will not fit an ethernet cable like this one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this will not fit a phone port. Your home MIGHT be wired with network cables and this could fit there but for dsl to your modem...you need a phone line with an RJ11 end. (Ethernet has the larger RJ45 end)
