A:AnswerI can't answer in a specific way but I do have some advice. I had a different problem with my TV and I approached it from the perspective that it was a television but the answer lay in looking at it as a computer. The computer portion or drive portion had to be reset to the factory settings. This is a new TV and I had only played with the firestick a couple of times so I didn't lose much by basically reformatting it back to factory settings. I don't know the specifics of how you would accomplish what you're doing but is that particular device drive available on the TV and if not is there a process to download it from the internet to the TV? If the software is available, could it be a hardware problem? Could there be a problem with the USB port on the TV or if it's something connected via a cable the problem could then be in the cable to connect or in the port on the drive or in the actual drive. The easiest first step to try would be to check the software drives on the TV. Reformatting the TV back to the factory settings is a simple first step but how much you have saved and thus how much you have to reload could affect how you approach the next step. When you are not a computer expert. repair can just be a process of elimination. Of course the two first steps in any computer repair is the power button and then to check your cables and connections.
A:AnswerThe microphone is built into the remote. You need to press and hold the Mic button while you are speaking and release the mic button when you finish.
A:AnswerLooks like I got the same batch as you. I'm getting lines across the screen and it's actually all over. Fast as I know there is no fix. Only replacement.
A:AnswerThis just happened to me this last weekend. I’m so upset and apparently others have had the same issue. The backlight has gone out. So you can see faint pictures in the background and hear the sound, but the screen is darn near black. It’s a shame and now I have to get a new TV because the warranty is only good for a year. I got this TV 2 years ago.
A:AnswerYes, the fire tv have a bluetooth. To pair a device, go to your TV's Settings menu. Followed by Controllers & Bluetooth Devices. Then select Other Bluetooth Devices and Add Bluetooth Device.

A:Answer"No, this TV doesn't have next gen tuner (atsc 3.0). Stations are still broadcasting in the original digital TV standard."
