QuestionI just bought a replacement 55" LED 4K fire stick. My brand new tv does not work with my brand new Harmony remote. You need to send the sync codes to Harmony. Please - I can’t take using 4 remotes much longer !

- Answer Responding to your answer. I ended up returning the fire stick model and bought a TCL 4K model so that it would work with my harmony remote. I think that Insignia is arrogant to say "only use the fire stick remote" . All they have to do is send the codes to Harmony.

QuestionDon't see any wall mounting instructions in the quick manual nor the user guide pdf online. I have a universal mount. All I need to do is to buy M6 screws? Frustrating that it did not specify until I opened the package and the M5 screws did not work

Using the included Voice Remote press and hold the home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Picture then Advanced Settings and select HDMI Mode, try Mode 1 or 2. QuestionHow can I get the screensaver to come on instead of the TV just shutting off after a few minutes? I have a screensaver album selected and the start time set as 10 minutes.

- Answer Extend your sleep timer to desired length max is 240min. Then don't touch your remote for awhile, and the screen savers should play.
