  • QuestionMy dehumidifier always shows the humidity is 30%, and therefore never runs. Per a nearby humidistat, the humidity is typically 50%-70%, well above the 40% it is set at. If I turn on turbo and let it run, it reads the full humidity. Why is it doing this?

  • QuestionAfter 3 yrs, Insignia NS-DH20WH1-C stopped collecting water to the tank even tho it runs. Anyone has taken this model apart? Please share how. ALL screws are out but molded housing pieces do not unsnap. Can't troubleshoot if can't take it apart.
