- Answer Try the Power On feature, when enabled, your TV turns on displaying the last used input: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

- Answer Not exactly sure what your referring to. It comes with its power cable this is a wifi TV or you can plug a standard either net cable to the back to get internet to the TV. I personally just connected it to my wifi and I havnt had any issues. Hope that helps

- Answer You need a new back light or a led light is out. You can repair it but cost of tvs you might be cheaper replace. It happened to me i bought a new tv instead of replacing because it was cheaper. Hope this helps

QuestionWith mostly minimal use (maybe 12 hrs/wk), the remote is EATING batteries! We have had to replace them about once a month since we got it. This is not normal. How do we fix it?

QuestionJust bought this TV. The HDMI (ARC) port as, I understand it, is the port that sends the TV audio to a receiver (in my case). So to me that seems like an output port yet on the box and in the manual it states it is an input port. What am I missing?

- Answer HDMI ARC ports are both an Input and Output port. it should autodetect if you are sending or receiving signal.

- Answer No, this TV doesn’t have the Roku OS built-in. You can download the Roku channel app on this TV and you can hook up an external Roku device into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.
