“Can anyone get the NFL Sunday ticket app? When I try to install it on the insignia fire tv edition it shows as “unavailable”. So I haven’t been able to install it and even exchanged to tv thinking something was wrong with the tv.”

I have two 43" Fire TV Editions. One is Insignia, the other is Toshiba both purchased from Best Buy. If you subscribe to Season Ticket do not buy the Insignia brand. The tv's look and function identical except for whatever reason the Insignia TV does not have the NFL Season Ticket app where the Toshiba does. My guess would be that Insignia is a Best Buy brand and they intentionally "cripple" it for some stupid reason.

Not sure if they are talking the nfl app or Sunday ticket app. I have had my go around with amazon and insignia so I hope they get an update because it still isn’t on my tv.

Please try again later.Well I called Amazon they said it should be working and they directed me to insignias tech-support and they said that there is something wrong and that app is not configured to work properly on the TV and they’re supposedly working on it, hopefully they get it fixed before my 30 days so I can take it back and get my money back if not !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought an insignia fire TV edition TV as well and every app on my Amazon account was there for me to re-download when I signed in except for the SundayTicket app! Not sure what’s up as a SundayTicket is widely available on Fire TV devices
