I am also having same problem. A simple work around would be plugging in a headphone (3.5mm jack) to the TV and disconnect it..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems to be a problem with these tv's. I got one and my daughter and son in law bought one. They had the same problems from day one and mine started a month later. We were both able to exchange our TVs and so far so good, knock on wood. Did find other reviews with ther same problem. Would be nice if they could do an update and fix it. I did read that hooking a sound bar to the TV works. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Several customers including me are facing the same issue and BestBuy/Insignia did/will do nothing about it. I reached Insignia help desk and the only thing they said was it was a known problem and asked to return the TV. It has passed return time now. Use a sound bar and that will help

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are having this problem too. Right after the one year warrantee expires. I have tried the soundbar and that doesn’t help. I have tried to go through the idea insignia gives in this answer but it doesn’t even give me the option to turn on my tv speakers. I know we were all excited to get a good deal on this tv but don’t bother. It’s crap and needs to be replaced after a year.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same issue 2019 black Friday. I exchanged the TV already once and a few months later the 2nd TV had the same issue. Exchanged it again and the 3rd was fine until now.
