A:AnswerI had trouble figuring this out too so I just talked to Best Buy support because it's one of their brands. It sounds like they send out one of their people to diagnose the problem and then if it's within the warranty they'll be the ones who talk to the supplier about repair items or new units. I think maybe just call the best buy customer support and explain that you're confused about how the warranty works and who to talk to. I think they figured it out for me based on that and having my order number handy. I don't have their special plan that costs extra and whatnot but they still got me to the right people I think.

A:AnswerSince my product is new, I have not consider where to get replacement parts. Try Best Buy. If they don't have it in stock, Google would probably guide you to where the part is available.
A:AnswerBuy another one and take the heating element out of that. That is what they planned for you to do all along...buy another new dryer in 2 years. That's why they don't list or sell replacement parts. I have the same issue... heating element died at 29 months.
