• i have shredded boxes full of papers , haven't had a problem......i think the most important thing is not let it overfill ...i like the see thru plastic....lets u see when its almost full...

• I clean out all the extra paper by using the reverse button. every now & then I use ATIVA Shredder Lubricant Sheets. to keep teeth sharp. Guess this is what you want.
